Our sessions will evolve in response to where you are on your journey. Whether things feel overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck, we’ll work together to gently navigate those challenges.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy is inherently creative, offering opportunities to bring curiosity and even playfulness into our work, where appropriate. It’s also a holistic approach, which means we’ll look beyond just your internal experiences and explore how they interact with the wider context of your life – your relationships, environment, and overall sense of self.

At the heart of our work is the therapeutic relationship we build together. This connection can illuminate patterns in your life and relationships, creating a foundation for deeper understanding and meaningful change. From this place of insight and trust, we can start to explore what moving forward looks like for you.

Therapy Session Details

  • Session Length: 50 minutes
  • Frequency: Typically at the same time each week
  • Format: Sessions are available online or face-to-face.

I offer both long-term and short-term counselling:

  • Long-term Counselling allows us to explore issues in depth, at a pace that feels right for you.
  • Short-term Counselling is more focused and structured, usually lasting around 12 sessions, to help you address a specific challenge.
